How we plan to source, process and ship — designed from day one for international food-grade standards.
As a newly launched export house, our operating model is intentionally lean. We work with carefully selected processing partners and farmer groups in Punjab, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Karnataka, all aligned to food-grade hygiene practices.
We do not yet claim our own giant facility, because we do not yet own one. What we do commit to is full traceability of every batch, transparent process documentation for buyers, and direct founder oversight on every shipment.
A transparent end-to-end flow, designed for traceability and quality control at every stage.
Direct engagement with farmer groups and aggregators across Punjab, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Karnataka — sourcing only the produce that meets our intake spec.
Incoming inspection including visual assessment, moisture checks, foreign-matter screening and supplier lot documentation. Rejected lots are not blended into production.
Dehydration through partner food-grade processing units, with controlled temperature and time profiles — preserving natural color, flavor and aroma.
Every batch is tested for moisture, ash, microbial load and other agreed parameters through accredited third-party labs before dispatch.
Food-grade multi-layer packaging in 10kg / 15kg / 20kg / 25kg formats. Nitrogen flushing and vacuum sealing available on request. Private-label packaging supported.
Complete export documentation including Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate and Fumigation Certificate, as applicable to the destination.
